Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express

What is your return policy?

Refunds are not permitted.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for these. Permitted returned items will be given an online store credit only with no exceptions. Your store credit will be available through the account used to purchase the item, and does not expire. Please note, if an item is returned and free shipping was received, a $12.00 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit.
 
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Items bought with a COUPON CODE can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Order:

Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will not accept cancellations on pre-order items. Only if we are unable to fill your order we will issue a full refund

Shipping Information:

All Standard Delivery Orders will be processed within 2-7 business days.

All items that are shipped will require indirect signature upon delivery. If you would like for "no signature required" delivery, please state so under comments box at check-out.

All overnight orders will be delivered within the next business day.

All 2nd day orders will be delivered within 2 business days.
